Clarion Times was founded on 3 October 2025. It is a Nigerian news organization built on the belief that the public deserves access to accurate, timely, and well-researched information. Our work covers daily news updates, investigative projects, fact-checking, digital magazines, newspapers, and multimedia features. We serve readers across Nigeria, across Africa, and around the world through a combination of online platforms and print publications. Clarion Times was founded by Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri. His vision was to create a news platform that places truth, depth, and public interest at the center of every story. From the beginning, the organization has focused on detailed reporting, public service journalism, and strong editorial values. Clarion Times continues to grow through the work of reporters, editors, researchers, photographers, producers, and contributors who are committed to honest and responsible journalism.

Through the Clarion Times Foundation, Clarion Times invests in skills development for reporters and editors in Nigeria and around the world so they can meet the demands of modern journalism. Training programs focus on investigative reporting, multimedia storytelling, digital skills, and ethical journalism practices.  A well-trained team, both locally and globally, is indispensable to delivering reliable and responsible news.
