The technical roles focus on analysing financial statements, conducting company valuations, executing trades, and identifying new investment opportunities. Participants will also be involved in market research, portfolio rebalancing, and other finance-related functions.

The non-technical roles cover a range of departments, such as:

  • Operations & Transformation: Driving projects aimed at improving efficiency, automation, and business growth.
  • Internal Control: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and overseeing risk management processes.
  • Legal & Compliance: Drafting and reviewing contracts, enforcing anti-money laundering standards, and ensuring adherence to industry laws.
  • Trustees and Human Resources: Managing client trust accounts, engaging new clients, and supporting employee-related functions within the firm.

The firm noted that it seeks graduates with 0–2 years of experience, a minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree in a business or numerical course, and completed NYSC service. Applicants must be 26 years or younger and have five O’level credits, including English and Mathematics, in one sitting.

A Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) certificate or a Master’s degree will be an added advantage, while proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Bloomberg or similar financial tools will be valuable.
